Spring Paddling
A chance to get out there and be!

Spring padding is about FUN and NETWORKING people together.  Every Tuesday weather permitting, we will be heading to some moving water near us and putting the boats in the water and paddling around.

This is a great opportunity to learn something new.  All gear, PFD, helmet, paddle, and canoes, are provided for you, you just need to bring the appropiate clothing.  There is a list below.

Depart Kingston @ 3pm and return by 5pm.
First paddling location is the Napanee River

Bring:
 
Normal Gear... Extreme...
  • toque
  • wool gloves
  • long underwear
  • snack food for the ride home
  • fleece and wool are good
  • cotton is bad!
  • rain gear is also helpful
  • dry clothes for the ride home
  • Towel and plastic bag for wet gear
    		•  Clothing for the river… 

    1. Swim suit and quick dry shorts. 
    2. Warm wear fleece/wool sweater. 
    3. Polypropylene long sleeve shirt. 
    4. Wetsuit
    5. Shoes/water socks/sport sandals for use in the water.
